Переходы стальные концентрические приварные
Переход стальной – это элемент трубопровода, который используется для соединения между собой двух труб разного диаметра, это делается для изменения диаметра трубопровода. Переходы стальные приварные подразделяются на концентрические и эксцентрические. Переход эксцентрический используются для соединения двух труб по нижней образующей линии, а концентрический – для соединения по центральной оси симметрии трубопровода.
Стальные концентрические сварные переходы
Переход концентрический стальной изготавливается по конструкции, размерам и техническим требованиям
- ТУ 1469-014-01395041-03 (c требованиями ОТТ-08.00-60.30.00-КТН-036-1-05),
- ГазТУ 1469-014-01395041-03 на условное давление до 9,8 МПа,
- ТУ 1469-015-01395041-05 (с требованиями СТТ-08.00-60.30.00-КТН-015-1-05),
- ТУ 1469-012-01395041-10 (с требованиями ОТТ-23.040.00-КТН-190-10) на рабочее давление до 14,0 МПа,
- ТУ 1469-016-01395041-08 на рабочее давление до 11,8 МПа для магистральных газопроводов и до 16,0 МПа для промысловых трубопроводов.
Переход стальной сварной предназначен для нефте- и газопроводов, которые транспортируют малоагрессивные и некоррозионно-активные среды. Изготавливается из стали 09Г2С, 17Г1С, 10Г2ФБЮ. Температурный режим эксплуатации от минус 60°С до плюс 150°С. По желанию клиента, возможно нанесение антикоррозионного полиуретанового покрытия на детали .

Переход оцинкованный по ГОСТ 17378 по техническим характеристикам кроме веса, не отличается от стального перехода.
Обозначение при заказе переход с трубы Ду 159 мм на ду 108 мм и с толщиной стенок 4,5 мм и 4,0 мм из стали 20: Переход 159х4,5-108х4 сталь 20 ГОСТ 17378-2001.
