Переход по ГОСТ 17378
Переход по ГОСТ 17378 используется для соединения между собой двух труб разного диаметра, это делается для изменения диаметра трубопровода. Переходы стальные приварные подразделяются на концентрические и эксцентрические.
Предназначен для нефте- и газопроводов, которые транспортируют малоагрессивные и некоррозионно-активные среды. Изготавливается из стали 09Г2С, 17Г1С, 10Г2ФБЮ. Температурный режим эксплуатации от минус 60°С до плюс 150°С. По желанию клиента, возможно нанесение антикоррозионного полиуретанового покрытия на детали.
Обозначение при заказе переход с трубы Ду 159 мм на ду 108 мм и с толщиной стенок 4,5 мм и 4,0 мм из стали 20: Переход 159х4,5-108х4 сталь 20 ГОСТ 17378-2001.

1.Область применения
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на бесшовные приварные концентрические и экстентрические переходы из углеродистой и низколегированной стали.
Область применения переходов -в соответствии с разделом 1 ГОСТ 17380.
Требования пункта 4.1. – 4.3 и раздела 5 являются обязательными, остальные требования - рекомендуемыми.
